1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact support — including your name, email address, billing details, and the Instagram accounts you connect.

We also collect technical data automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs, so we can operate, secure, and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed to deliver the service you signed up for. Specifically, we use it to:

• Authenticate your account and connect it to the official Meta APIs.
• Deliver, monitor, and troubleshoot your automations and campaigns.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Send service notices and, where you have opted in, product updates.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Messages and Customer Data

Conversations processed through DM Turbo belong to you and to the people you talk to. We store them only to operate your automations and to make them available in your dashboard.

You are the controller of your customers’ data. You are responsible for obtaining the consent (opt-in) required before sending automated messages or SMS campaigns through the platform.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is kept for a limited period to meet legal and accounting obligations, and is then deleted or anonymised.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us; we will action the request unless we are legally required to retain specific records.

5. Your Rights under the LGPD

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you have the right to:

• Confirm that we process your data, and access a copy of it.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or out-of-date data.
• Request anonymisation, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data.
• Withdraw consent and request portability of your data to another provider.

6. Security and International Transfers

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audited infrastructure to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection, but we notify affected users and the authorities where the law requires it.

Some of our providers operate outside Brazil. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on safeguards permitted by the LGPD.
